Attorney Shannon P. McNulty has a boutique estate planning practice in New York City and has helped hundreds of parents put protections in place for their families.
Ms. McNulty graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and received her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. She has also earned the CFP® designation from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
Ms. McNulty has appeared on MSNBC as a legal commentator about celebrity estates. She is regularly asked to present to industry associations and women’s groups on various estate planning topics and has published extensively on legal strategies for protecting assets, minimizing taxes, and providing for loved ones. Before opening her own practice, Ms. McNulty practiced law at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and completed a judicial clerkship for a U.S. District Court Judge of the Southern District of New York.
